Returns & Refunds
At Growherb, we value customer satisfaction and are committed to providing quality service. Our Returns & Refunds Policy allows you to initiate returns or exchanges under specific conditions within 30 days of receiving your item. Please review the guidelines below for eligibility and instructions for returning or exchanging your purchase
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Include original packaging, if applicable.
Non-Eligible Items for Return
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Customized or altered items.
- Gift cards.
2. Faulty Items
If an item you received is faulty or damaged:
- Report the Fault: Contact us at support@growherb.shop within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo(s) of the damage.
- Resolution Options: We will offer you either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
- Return Shipping: For faulty items, Growherb covers return shipping costs.
3. Non-Arrival of Order
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@growherb.com with your order details. We’ll investigate the status of your shipment and keep you informed.
- Lost Package Resolution: If your package is confirmed lost, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement item.
4. Cancellation After Ordering
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it:
- How to Cancel: Email us immediately at support@growherb.shop with your order number and cancellation request.
- Refund Processing: Orders canceled within 24 hours will be fully refunded. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee a cancellation; you may need to wait to receive the item and initiate a return.
5. Initiating a Return
To start a return:
- Contact Support: Email support@growherb.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item, and include your RA number inside the package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received faulty or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return steps above and specify your preferred exchange item. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process the exchange at no additional shipping cost (one-time exchange).
7. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status:
- Refund Approval: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

9. Additional Information
- Lost Return Shipments: Growherb is not liable for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
- Bank Processing Times: Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s policies.
